I have, on and off, for over six years. A person's experience probably varies based on what they are being seen for, and I went to Physicians for Women for my sterilization procedure, and other non-pregnancy related health issues.

I was absolutely pleased with my experience! I won't hesitate to recommend Dr. Sheshadri! The only complaint I have about their office is just that the wait can be long at times to be seen. But the nurses I've had have been nice, and Dr. Sheshadri has had excellent bedside manner.

Good luck with your search!

Is Dr. Welch the only OBGYN in his practice? If so, what happens if Dr. Welch is not available when you go into labor?

Also, for my past yearly check-ups, I have only been to a female, but I am considering a male to deliver my first child. I basically want an outstanding doctor that is very talented so I would prefer that over gender. But I am a little nervous about a male. Any encouraging thoughts about having a male OBGYN?

Good luck in your search - and that is a very personal decision!
I have heard some great things about the Physicians for Women. I am looking for an obgyn to deliver my first baby. Can you tell me more about your experiences with these doctors. Thanks!
