Doesn't anyone change their drivers license anymore...its the law and cops will slap you with a ticket faster then you can imagine if they find you haven't updated it yet.

The schools won't accept that as an address, and anyway, many folks have just moved to the area. The first think you do if find a place to live, the second, you get your kids (if you have any) in school. Then you get things like Driver's licenses.....you have several months to do that without worry of being fined.

I am surprised, my daughters school took that and I don't remember them asking for anything else but its been a few years.

BUT then again it wouldn't be the first time that a public school did something stupid.

We successfully registered using a lease agreement. Thanks, everyone! I see the Wake County website says as much, but I didn't find it until after we registered.
