There are several sections in Regency:
Regency Estates-Grand estate homes w/large lots, established. Starting around $800 to $3M.
Wyndfall at Regency-Homes built in the mid-1990s from the low $500s
Kensington at Regency-Upscale homes less than five years old starting in the $800s
Rennaisance at Regency-New homes starting at $900k next to Symphony Lake
