Hi, can anyone give me some input on this community ?
We have a 13yr. old daughter, so schools and family style community are important.
Thanks, Gubben 1

Great community and good schools no problem there. I believe you mayfind a past post here with some pictures of the community. The only problem I see is getting out of the neighborhood during rush hour. Alot of homes in that one.

Thank you all for the quick info.
We are going to make a builder an offer on Friday, we loved what we have seen in the community, but I just wanted some confirmation that it..... "didn't look to good to be true".
We had a bit of sticker shock but it's where we want to be, so I guess we will pay the price and the HOA dues
Thanks again,
Gubben1

For the 2007-2008 school year, will the students who live in Bedford at Falls River be traditional or year round??? I have 2 starting middle school and 2 in elementary. This neighborhood is one of our favorites so far. Thanks!
