I looked for a nighttime photo (when there's a huge spotlight on the side of the house, no lie) but couldn't find one. If you snapped one please share it!
The town? No. The guy? Absolutley. 4 year old sounds about right!
I don't know - I think both are acting like a bunch of kids. Yes, the home owner is behaving in a silly manner. But the town could have handled it much better than it did. Because of how they dealt with the homeowner, Cary is now having to prepare for a potentially protracted and expensive litigation with the ACLU over how the town's "sign" ordinance interacts with free speech. Such a waste.
