Any suggestions? I'm 28 and moving to Raleigh soon. I'd like a place that isn't very noisy, is safe, and is close to shops. Money is not a concern.

The Columns at Wakefield located in Wakefield Plantation seems like it would fit. It's at the north end of Raleigh close to the Wake Forest border. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, gym - short drive to big stores. I have friends there that are happy with it.

Ashley Park at Brier Creek might be a good fit.

I'm at Cumberland Cove and I believe it fits your criteria. Also check out the rentometer site to determine if the rent you are being quoted is reasonable.

Bexley at Brier Creek, great neighbors, nice and clean, tons of shopping right across the street.

If money isn't an issue, I'd be renting downtown! Since money IS an issue (for me) I'm in the only affordable spot in Glenwood South, which is second best. So check out Glenwood South, too. I love being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
