One of the women in my apartment complex had her car egged. It's a small, red sports car and appeared to be the only car in the whole complex egged. She doesn't know why it happened, or who could have done it, but she managed to get the egg off. It happened a few of weeks back when we had a really hot (close to 80 degrees, I think) Saturday. People can be so insensitive and have no regard for things that don't belong to them. Never mind someone else paid a lot of money for the car!

Anywhere even remotely close to any part of Capital Blvd. is the pits.
It's just a fact.
Most of Wakefield is fine (for now).. I'm just not too sure how things will be in the long run.

I agree Capital Blvd. is the pits.

I very nearly marched up to a van picking up a load of especially rude teens to tell the parent exactly what they did during the movie. I probably should have, but I guess I chickened out.
The whole vibe at the Wakefield movie threatre has changed a lot in the last 24-36 months. I agree the teenagers are "taking over" - but part of me also knows kids need a place to hang out.....

My poor mom is now paranoid to even go shopping around Wakefield ! Makes me sooo mad.

Please don't generalize about Capital Blvd.

I live at Capital and Old Wake Forest Rds. No spoiled yuppie kids being dropped in my neighborhood to cause trouble. If they tried, they might get their reward very quickly.

Too much money tends to spoil kids. Yuppies buy McMansions and then work 3 jobs to pay for them. It's for the kids, right?

I have to agree with this statement. Capital Blvd gives me the creeps. Just butt ugly and bad news everywhere.

It's not Cary he's insulting...it's Wakefield and Wake Forest he is trying to trash.
