Does anyone know of a place that will refill a 30 lbs propane cylinder and charge me by the pound or gallon in the North Raleigh area? I used to fill up at Quality Inspection in Cary, but it's no longer convenient to me.

The few places I've found around here that sell propane want to charge a flat fee based on the tank size even if I already have a partial tank.

Thanks in advance.

Costco. I have only had a couple refills there, so I didn't pay attention to how they were charging. However, even if it is a flat price, it will be cheaper than elsewhere.

Costco in Raleigh has it, but Apex does not. Not sure about Durham.

As far as I know, all of the U-Haul stores sell it by the pound.

I had my own tanks. I always used U-Haul on Capital near downtown Raleigh. I don’t even if they’re still there since I’m gone.

Costco measures and sells by the pound. I assume the way they fill that Tractor Supply does as well.
