Ok there is new stuff being built on 401 Fuquay Varina just near the Taco Bell and Wendys area. What is it? Anyone have a clue.. no signs of a "COMING SOON" anything up yet. Its 2 structures going up. I am clueless.
That would be nice! Not sure I could afford a Latte foofy whatever they are called but once in a while it would be nice. WOOHO Go Fuquay- really moving up in the world.
And a cell phone store Huh? Well, we have Alltel, Sprint, and I think another one down towards Kerr.. hmmm We'll have the pickin of cell phones for sure.

No problem! I love lattes too (especially iced lattes, yum!), but they're just too pricey to have too often. Although I'm tempted every time I walk into Harris Teeter. Do you happen to know if Target is really coming to Fuquay? And what about a movie theater? We live in Holly Springs, but I'd much rather drive to Fuquay than Apex or Cary.
I was up there today too! Noticed those two new ones going up and onther one more south but darned if I can remember exactly where...was on the left side if you are driving toward lilington.
F-V is nuts. Traffic there is a nightmare and much worse now compared to four years ago when we left. Growth really should equal roads (just not in NC)!??!
I think they should put a McDonalds, Wendys and a Krispy Kreme in the same strip and include a weight loss clinic right in the middle!
