Well yeah for 800K to 5 million, I would expect it to be nice. It's good to be rich!

I just drove by there this weekend and their grass along 98 is so green and beautiful. My hats off to their landscaping firm. Its amazing what watering a lawn can do for grass. I forgot what green glass looked like. Glad I took the drive.

Yes, spent a day there with my wife. Incredible. But be prepared to fork out millions for a home. After walking through a few of these homes, my wife asked me when I'll be CEO so we can afford one..... Also, our current home started to look drab in comparison...... So a bittersweet experience, to say the least! Still, well worth a trip during Parade of Homes.

I haven’t been there yet, but I bet it is really nice, however does really worth few millions? I think the location is too far from downtown and RTP.
How about the HOA and club membership; how much they cost?
Personally, If I have few millions, I won't buy in that location.

Ooh, it is beautiful! 4 million gets you a mansion, on a great lot, with wonderful views, a hotel-worthy pool, 3 or 4 master suites... I could go on & on.

The million dollar houses? A bit bigger than my house, better appliances, & a way better lot. But not worth the price, IMHO.

Thumbs up Hasentree at auction

Just bumped into this old thread, and wondered at the reversal of fortunes at Hasentree, as discussed earlier this month.
