What area? It's very large and while the company as a whole has very good benefits and people stay around, there are some work areas with higher turnover due to workload. As anywhere, it can depend on your manager and dept. The manner of billing time is a little odd to me, and juggling multiple projects from multiple people (none of who are your actual boss) takes getting used to, but I guess lots of environments are like that.
