We are considering a move to Tafton in the Archer Lodge/Clayton area. The neighborhood seems nice, but there seems to be quite a few houses for sale (5-7) for such a small neighborhood. Is it just coincidence, or is there an underlining reason? How is the community, do people stick to themselves or is there a sense of community? Is there many school-aged kids in the neighborhood? We have a 9 and 3 year old. Any info would be great.
I sold a home there about a year ago; lovely neighborhood. My clients are very happy there; the neighborhood seems friendly. I can't give a reason for that many homes for sale, although in this area that's not unusual.
