I've been there twice. Food is good and reasonable. Service was good the first time and not good the second time.

It is a neat place- but I really, really miss the seafood market that was there previously!

Default North Seafood Bistro

We love this place. The owners are really nice and always recognize us when we come in. They have a pink cake that is soooo good we ordered one for my husbands birthday. Just a comfortable restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. I love the patio during the summer. They should enclose it during the winter. It's really pretty to sit there at night.

I have been there several times. I am very impressed with the menu, but concerned if it will make it due to the nature of the menu. Very specialized and good- but I am concerned that it may not get the traffic it needs.

Thumbs up Thumbs Up for North Seafood!

Just went for the fist time tonight. We had some wine and I had the sautéed monk fish with garlic butter and my wife had the fish tacos. Both were very good. The owner was there eating with his family and made a point of coming over to speak with us. Seemed like a nice guy. I was happy to see that it seemed pretty busy for a Monday night. Only two tables were empty and several families were there. We will be back. Great place!

It appears that it's closed. There's a for rent sign in the window.
Too bad. They had pretty good food and decent service.

Anyone know the reason why they closed?

That's too bad. I didn't realize it closed. It was good, but to echo someone above, not quite as good as the seafood market that occupied that space before it. I'm surprised it closed- every time we went, it was pretty full.

We just noticed it was closed last week. It had been about 2 months since last we were there, but before that it was like once a month. The food was always decent and well priced. It seemed to lose something after it changed to new management last year, though. (like stopping giving the yummy "angel" biscuits) We will miss it. And yes, it always had people in it. That's why I was curious if anyone knew why it closed.
