Anyone know what happened to Bistro 155 in Apex? I never even knew there was a restaurant there until I saw an article in the paper this week. I looked them up on facebook on thursday and they were talking about a big beer party this weekend. that I was going to go to, but then Friday they posted that they were going to be closed indefinitely! Then today one of the owners put his home up for rent. It's really odd. I hope people who had upcoming banquets planned didn't get screwed.
That place was for sale after the Chinese restaurant for over 1 million dollars. Curious myself what is going on.
Just saw the article in the Holly Springs Sun a few days ago.
Now they are gone? Weird.
Yeah, that location seems to be the kiss of death. It's their own fault really, I mean it looks like they did a lot of renovations to the inside, but the outside still has that sketchy run down look to it, not exactly inviting looking. And their sign was horrible, from what it said I just thought it was a banquet hall! I had no idea they had a restuarant there with a full time chef, apparently they also had zumba lessons there I drove by last night and there were 2 police cars in the parking lot, I'd love to know what's going on! I thought somebody would have the inside scoop by now
On one hand I can't say I blame the guy. I guessing he had no documentation to support that he retained ownership of the paintings and therefore didn't want them sold to settle the restaurant owner's debt.
There was a sign up for something ale house (not Carolina but some other name).
Oh, that's new will have to check it out tonight
