Seems my service has been spotty in recent days. It hasn't fully gone down, but I need to refresh webpages multiple times before they load properly. Anyone else experiencing this?

Are we talking cable or internet? We have problems with both-for the past week we couldnt use the "guide" function on the cable-works now today. Internet is a whole different problem. It seems to get "stuck" and web pages dont download unless I "refresh" or log out and come back on-but this internet has always been this way. My husband says its internet explorer and not the cable co. but I have to wonder.

Restart the cable. Unplug everything and reboot. Should fix it. Happens a few times a year for me

Default Something is up

My internet lost connection twice this weekend (usually only happens once a month). Last night a bunch of digital channels were out and resetting box did not correct. Seems OK today except for one internet modem reset I needed.

I have been having problem with my internet for the last week off and on. And to think they want to charge you even more for that modem that doesn't work half the time.

You need to completely unplug the modem AND remove its battery backup. Do that and unplug/restart your wireless router as well. Usually that will do the trick.
