Have you or anyone visited the flea market on Rock Quarry Blvd?

Not in a long time.

It tends to make the news more often, with dealers getting busted for selling counterfeit products, gunfire, etc. I did ride by there one weekend, and traffic was backed up down Rock Quarry Rd, trying to get in.

It's always backed up... That's why I'm wondering about its offerings.

LOL. Definitely a rough hole. You definitely gotta be tough if you're going to go. I actually enjoy going there. Great vegetables and fruit. This is the best place to buy an authentic pinata as well. Definitely not the store bought crap. What makes it fun is the wide variety of stuff you can buy from produce to car stereos to tires to appliances to clothes to goats and chickens. The livestock are actually wondering around the place, too.

LOL @the underlined... C'mon man...

It looks as if the flea market is primarily outside. There is no indoor section, right?

And the parking looks terrible.

^I am not kidding. I have seen several goats walking around and there are chickens there every time I go. In fact, if you turn right at the white building the place that sells the animals will be in front of you. The clothes, household items, and electronics are inside. Everything else including the livestock are outside.

Whoa! I've been debating about going for some time. I think I'm gonna check it out this weekend. I'm fond of flea markets.

This Rock Quarry flea market seems like a unique experience I can't turn down. Any advice about parking?

The parking is on the left once you enter off Rock Quarry rd. Just don't block anyone. And don't walk around like you are out of place, either. Act like you belong and you'll be fine.

The livestock pin is under this tree:

^I'm just sayin'. Mexicans, errr, Hispanics (let me be a little PC here) are a tight knit family. Yeah, they'll gladly take your money but they don't want trouble. If you walk around like you're scared they might think you're someone wanting to cause trouble for them. I wouldn't pull up there in a Prius and get out to walk around wearing a "I love everybody" sweater and think everybody is your friend. LOL. I'm just being real.
