Raleigh City Council approves $45M Regency Centers project | Triangle Business Journal

In case anyone hasn't heard about this, it looks like new housing is coming to Cameron Village. A few years ago, I think this site was poised for condos. Now it's apartments. I am guessing they will be on the very high end of the market given their location and I am also guessing that the East facing units will have really great views of DT. This project is slated for one of the highest elevations in CV (if not the highest). I know one can see the skyline from the SE corner of the Harris Teeter parking lot. So, there's no reason not to believe that the apartments will have some nice views.
