By the way, update on the very expensive phone that I dropped in a public toilet. It's still working two weeks later. I am amazed. I am also sort of scared of it - like it's tracking all my personal information or something and now I'm going to get hacked.
Somewhere in the vast database your location at that time is recorded as "In Toilet".

I am sure!
All I can say is THANK THE LORD that the toilet had just been flushed. So when I thrust my hand quickly into that water, at least I didn't have to physically navigate unmentionables.
Funny thing: After my husband and I put it in a bag of rice, and lo and behold a little while later it started working again, my husband said, "OK, so like...we're going to throw that rice away, right? I mean, that phone has been in a toilet."

Yes, dear. We are throwing that rice away.
HaHaHa - No dear, I making some risotto this evening with that rice; why waste it?
During the winter I usually don't take an overcoat for the same reason unless it is under 23°F. It needs to be cold enough to shock me into not forgetting it or going back for it immediately. I never wear an overcoat if it is 23°C.
Okay as a person who likes even numbers I have to ask. Why 23 degrees and not 24 or 22?

Interesting. I guess since I have an interest in gasoline pricing and oil companies encourage odd-number pricing, i.e. $2.779 as opposed to $2.769 or $2.789 my mind gravitates towards odd number. Also when forming committees it is traditional to seek and odd number in order to avoid tie votes.
City Data doesn't have a exact string search feature. For example "apple pie". If you search for that with or without quotes you get hits of any post with apple OR pie in it.
Yes. The search will look for the keywords. And those keywords are apple and pie.
You can try to narrow it down by selecting just few forums where you expect to find the apple pie, like Food Forum or Recipes. Still, it's a fairly common topic, so you will see many threads...
My pool vacuum hose is looped over itself, making a knot, so I now need to jump in.
