I wish the NYG would have traded his rights to the NYJ for a 1st round draft pick the day before he shot himself. LOL

under the situation that they are in with his legal troubles..... if they released him do the nyg still have to pay the cap penalty?

The first time he shot himself in the foot is when he wanted out of Pittsburgh because he wanted to be the go to guy instead of being a team player. The guy is out for himself and will NEVER be willing to give up attempts thrown his way for winning.It's much harder to cover 3 or 4 receivers then just 2 and he needs to learn that.This IMO is the best thing the Giants did this offseason. They got rid of a cancer and will now try to build a TEAM!

burress should have learned from schockey as an example
