SunFest is May 2-5 along the Intracoastal Waterway in downtown West Palm Beach.


The SunFest music lineup just dropped and it includes country and hip-hop artists that festival-goers have longed to see perform at the popular waterfront festival.

Country music powerhouse Keith Urban, hip-hop artists Ludacris and G-Eazy as well as One Republic; Earth, Wind & Fire; the B-52s; Papa Roach; Garbage; Bebe Rexha; Tears for Fears; and others will perform over four days at Florida's largest waterfront music and arts festival.

WEEKEND OF FEB 22 - 24th

The 29th annual Downtown Stuart Art Festival is 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday along Osceola Street. More than 200 artists from 30 states and their creations line the street of the outdoor art show with gallery-style booths filled with different kinds of fine art, including sculptures, paintings, jewels, photography and ceramics. The 2016 movie is based on the story of a team of female African-American mathematicians who served a vital role in NASA during the early years of the U.S. space program. The 32nd annual Florida Cracker Trail Ride across the state ends with a parade about 10 a.m. Saturday through downtown Fort Pierce. The horseback ride began in Bradenton to honor the history of cattle pioneers. After the Civil War, a group of settlers were known as Florida Crackers because of the cracking sound from the whips they used to flush cows out of palmetto scrub and spur on oxen to pull carts and wagons. The Cracker Trail was the only dry route across Florida with the Kissimmee River and its floodplains to the north and Lake Okeechobee and the Everglades to the south. B-52s put on a great live show. Same with Earth, Wind & Fire, who will also be at SunFest. I saw both of them a little over a year ago at the Riptide Music Festival in Fort Lauderdale.

Admission is free. The festival celebrates the anniversary of the establishment of the nation’s first National Wildlife Refuge by President Theodore Roosevelt on March 14, 1903.
