Without a date some may think it's a current event, which it isn't. I did modify my post to reflect "dated".
Any time you see things like this on the internet you need to be suspicious, people recycle the same old pictures and stories over and over, leaving out the dates, changing the names and places, etc...
Its like that photo of a mother polar ear and her baby, playing on an ice flow. I have seen that photo being used for propaganda and the captions are always in different places, different times of the year etc...
