Its not surprising when the congress who is the top regilator doesn't do anhting but balme others for tehir failure to protect. Then wew see the biug banks;two of teh big 3 bailout and a stimulus that was to save jbs by massive ifrastruture works go to groups such as the teachers. Then look at the seven agencies under congress that actaually regualates. Not a head has rolled for their screwups.
