The entire Supreme court ditched one of Clinton's SOTU's and they missed one of Reagan's too. Hillary had other plans last night and wasn't there either. Things happen you know...it's not always a sign of disrespect...unlike the title OP chose for this thread.

Did you consider, it really isn't a good idea for all justices to be at the same place at the same time, just like the Pres and VP do not fly together and did you consider, there were other missing as well? I am not sure what point you are trying to make, are you?
Clarence Thomas is an "Uncle Tom" that the overwhelming number of African-Americans consider an embarrassment & so out of touch with the Black community. He was a horrible choice since he hardly ever gives independent decisions & never even asks questions during court hearings. By whom is he considered a sub-par justice? OH, and when you say "out of touch with the black community" is this being in touch the duty of a supreme court judge? I thought it was to interpret and enforce the laws of our country. Silly me...
