There has been no report that alcohol was involved. You're speculating and spreading rumors with nothing to back that up. As much as you'd like it to be, backing out of a driveway at 2:25 AM is not damning in itself. For all you know he could have been on a Tampax or milk run for his wife. Life happens. People run out of stuff, they have little fights and storm out of the house, and they even get hungry when there's no food in the house. There could be dozens of reasons for Tiger to be backing out of his driveway at that time of the night.
Well he surely wasn't running out to get anything for his wife. Well maybe $300,000,000.00.
No, asserting as if it were fact that he's a "known lush" is bad-mouthing. Participating in pure speculation without a single shred of a fact to support your disgusting allegations is bad-mouthing.

The objects that he hit: irrelevant to how or why the accident happened.
Degree of consciousness: inconclusive of anything
Seat belt on or off: total speculation without any substantiation
Speed at the time of impact: possibly relevant to investigators, but utterly inconclusive of the cause of the accident.
