Carrie Prejean is a joke to ANY party! I'd give Sarah Palin more leeway--she isn't responsible for Levi's actions and Bristol also was old enough to make her own choices.
Prejean is just a young woman attacked by a rabid homosexual that is jealous he will never be a woman no matter how hard he tries.
Perez Hilton is an a**--no arguments there,but Prejean is a bit of a hypocrite spouting off about values and morality and sending naughty videos. I'm not a big fan of gay marriage,but a hypocrite is much worse! I really don't understand why anyone pities this woman. She is going to get very rich from all this--didn't she write a book? I'm just waiting for the reality show!

I mean Prejan has like 8 sex tapes or something, probably had sex before Marriage too IMO. Palin's family is a mess. Her daughter has a child out of wed-lock. One of the family members is posing for Playgirl.
Are you proud that Prejan and Palin basically voice the conservative crowd? Sometimes I feel Conservatives are getting so much backlash. Do you think Prejan and Palin should fade from the limelight because they bring so much negativity to the conservative side in a sense?
What the left will never understand is that conservatives, Christians and conservative Christians identify with both of these women. Prejean did what a lot of other teenagers do with the new technology. It wasn't a prudent decision, but we all screw-up and especially so at seventeen. But the Christian faith is not about the past because we know we cannot change the past, so why keep score? It's enough that we learn from it and not punish others for our own short-comings (see abortion).
Bristol got knocked up. Nothing new under the Sun. Her boyfriend may not have been the one her parents would have preferred. Ever try to have a logical discussion with a seventeen year old girl? Trust me, they're not built that way. So the issue isn't what has taken place in the past. Teens will exercise poor judgment and bad things will happen. The issue is how they are they handled in the present. We feel it is better to light one small candle than to curse the darkness. Families like the Prejeans and Palins understand that the traditional nuclear family with both parents together and working to raise their children has the best outcome. The Palins, last I heard, had invited Levi to Thanks Giving dinner and were holding the door open for reconciliation. He may choose to do that once his fifteen minutes are over.
You see, liberals can lash out at public figures who espouse traditional conservative values, but their personal attacks simply illustrate that they have no solutions of their own that haven't failed in the past. Everything that has been tried to remedy societies ills through liberal means has created a far worse outcome. But with nothing else to offer, liberals now must focus on the personal destruction of their opponents. So it may be helpful to remember that neither Prejean nor Palin are the issue. The failure of liberal policies is the issue, and as long as liberals continue to try to sell failed liberalism, a conservative Bogey man, or woman, will be front and center and the target of left wing slander.

People's political opinions are basically formed by the media. The reason so many people pay attention to Palin these days is mainly because of the media. The main reason Prejan is getting so much attention is because of the media. Most conservatives I know don't even know who Prejan is and while some did support Palin during the election they have little or no support and believe she shouldn't run for office. But that's just the ones I know.

but I love the traditional conservative values - like letting your daughter run wild and get knocked up by a mental midget, like being elected to an office and then quitting after a year because you can make more money hocking a book to people even dumber than you are, like taking money from beauty pageants for boob jobs, like make numerous sex tapes for the fun and pleasure of others.
