Is Cap & Trade next to pass?
How did we let these far left loons
get this far? Can we not see through
the glass? I mean our freedom is slowly
disappearing with this total government
take over.
Pretty soon we won't be able to heat our homes
or drive our cars. Under the new healthcare plan
they had access to your bank records and cover
every illegal.
Plus all this spending is hurting us badly. What about
children???
I don't about you all, but I lose sleep at night worrying
how the government are ruining our country.
A lot of people will just give up and join the permanently unemployed and let the government provide for their every need and want.
Why work at all? You end up having a lower standard of living than most people on welfare who have no worries, they have the government taking care of them like they are children.
Its not time to panic we have elections in this country and can repeal anything the stupid dems pass just vote in 2010. If u do nothing then nothing will happen.
It's not time to panic but to prepare for the coming crash. The Soviet Union collapsed on it's socialism and so will we. There is no way a few working people can support major joblessness plus massive immigration which will become many times more massive when Obama starts handing out amnesty to all who want the good easy life here and the people having the most babies are the government dependent types. In some parts of the country, the welfare class now outnumbers the working people. That can't last for long.
The Republicans have been going along with everything for so long, it's time for new parties to be created.

I think the only reason to panic is that there are loons out there like you who totally overexaggerate things to scare the crap out of people.
They like to keep everyone in fear & panic so they're using this health care topic as their weapon.
I'ts only to boost their ratings & keep folks following everyday.
By the way, this "health care reform panic" is only affecting those who feed into that hyped up crap!
Ok, so the House version of healthcare passed. Even if the Senate passes their version of healthcare... they have to merge the two together in committee and have the house/senate vote again on it.
It is a long uphill battle.
In my opinion, both supporters and opponents of healthcare should be marching on DC. I don't think the supporters of UHC are getting what they want. And the opponents don't want it regardless. It is a poor poor compromise.
It only passed the House. It can still die in the Senate, and we can only hope that's the case.
Not that I'm opposed to reforms, but these "reforms" are so off the mark they're ridiculous. They just take a broken system and break it even further. Ordering people to buy insurance, under threat of fines and prison? What country do I live in again? The only thing that needed to be done was to expand Medicare and Medicaid coverage to the uninsured. Period, end of story. Tort reform, more portability, shopping across state lines, expanded MSAs -- all of that would have just been icing on the cake. Instead, we get a job-killing $1 trillion monstrosity. Even if this were a good idea, how do you justify a $1 trillion government program when the economy is in a deep recession and we're already drowning in our own national debt? And who thinks this will improve medical care? It'll be about as efficient as the Post Office.
Keep in mind, too, that we're fixing a system under which 85% of Americans HAVE health insurance. Having 15% of Americans uninsured is a terrible thing, but it didn't require a massive overhaul of the entire system. And yes, I know, we all pay when uninsured people go to the ER and can't pay their bill. But I can guarantee you, paying for those bills will cost you a LOT less than the government plan will. Like they say, if you think health care is expensive now, wait until it's free. You ain't seen nothing yet.
By the way, 10% of Americans are unemployed. That's almost as bad as having 15% uninsured. Why don't we federalize employment? Then we can order everyone to get a job, and fine them or throw them in jail if they don't comply. Bingo! 100% employment!
This is the most insane thing I think I've ever seen, perhaps rivaled only by the Patriot Act.

You conservos have been in full panic mode since Nov 4, 2008. Shrieking and teabagging apparently haven't relieved that anxiety in the 12 months since.
Yes, by all means ................................. PANIC!
It's very entertaining for rational people
Is that what you guys are calling yourself nowadays.. rational?
Funny how the left continues to hijack words.
