Colorado Springs: Stellar fiscally conservative credentials. Politicians in few instances in Colorado Springs suggest tax increases because the residents overall just believe in the city having basic service and not convention centers, city-owned hotels and all the extras.
Also a very old-fashioned population that likes to talk about values, values, values. In-fact the city of Colorado Springs did not allow profanity in public for a time.
I have heard Oklahoma City and Tulsa are very socially conservative.
Cincinnati suburbs: are also some of the most conservative suburbs in the country. Very conservative for national and Ohio standards. Especially, on social issues compared to the burbs of Columbus and Cleveland.
Colorado Springs is home to a lot of those fundamentalist organizations so I would imagine they are up there. Also, pretty much the entire state of Utah has to be on the list. If anything, they are the most conservative state in the union. Some of the smaller rural towns in the south (Lynchburg, VA for example). That's where Falwell has his school. Where ever Bob Jones University is located as well.

Charlotte N.C. Even though it's a up-n-coming city for northerners to move to, a lot of Fortune 500 companies are based or have offices there. Nascar Country. Bible belt. Old money and Nouveau Riche populate the influential areas of CLT. It was pretty conservative when I lived there some time ago. But it lightened up over the years.
Colorado Springs, CO is a WONDERFUL area to live in. It is very safe and very very very friendly too. Lots of quality people there!
Castle Rock, CO is also conservative. So is Centennial, Littleton, and Highlands Ranch, if you like Colorado. Fort Collins is kinda conservative too.
Lake Mary, FL is conservative too, but not even a mile up the road is the town of Heathrow and it is basically ambulance-chasing lawyers (super liberal).
i love Colorado Springs, we used to ski and go to christian youth camp up there near pikes peak when i was a kid. air force academy is there, great skiing, PRCA rodeo hall of fame, hiking is awesome

We were also looking to move within the next year. Those cities sound like I would like them and also be close to my daughter. She has always been liberal (raised in California) until I finally got her to look at what they were teaching and exposing very young children to in the schools. Now she is begging to get away from the west coast influance.
