I always loved the irony after the air traffic controllers strike!

Yes - One can savor that kind of irony.

And, ever since, we've had nothing but one highjacking after another.

Nixon opened the door to China - And Reagan opened the door to Iraq.

Don't you just love those Republicans - They're like country-expansion drugs.

Pay attention

WOW - Congressional Democrats spit in Reagan's face
Quote:
At Wednesday’s Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Board meeting, chairman H.R. Crawford – a former District Council member and Marion Barry confidante – told fellow Board members that he has heard talk on Capitol Hill about yanking former President Ronald Reagan’s name off the local airport and returning it to its previous generic moniker: National Airport.

“It was just a discussion. We’re not aware of anything specific,” MWAA spokeswoman Tara Hamilton later told The Examiner.

What a ridiculous source and article. This crap is nothing but hearsay

Now there's a pleasant thought.
Had there never been a Reagan there would have never been a net of 20 million new jobs.... You'd be begging for anything but democratic control. Walter Mondale never had a chance as neither did Carter. Let history be history and quit trying to spread your revisionism.

Even after the Reagan thread the same revisionist are still hard at work. Go back to that thread and try your revisionism. As it sits the 1,000's of documents stopped you folks dead in your tracks. Well except for the ugliest of propagandist...

As far as naming things after presidents, it's a long winded tradition.

For all of you who don't want to read the story, some Congressional Democrats are talking about renaming Ronald Reagan airport in DC. It's not like choosing NOT to name an airport after him, but they are basically saying, "your legacy is so screwed up, we owe you no respect as a President." It is unbelievable how low the Democrats are willing to go, it makes me sick. Ronald Reagan was a truly great President, and while some disagree with his policies even today, he is owed some respect, especially in death.

I would never ever support renaming JFK airport because I might have disagreed with his policies.

It is truly pathetic what the Dems are trying to do... I hope we hear more about this, because some names need to be named.

Petty Democrats want to remove Reagan’s name from airport - Josh_Painter’s blog - RedState
Are you serious? You got this from a blog. Then, the person named in the blog only said "he heard".....um, yeah. No names, nothing said if it was even democrats that said it. This thread is a total & complete fail.
