Turns out I'd read this very article -- it is touching, especially about Mr. Norene, and very thorough. This must have been something:
A 21-gun salute lent an acrid smell to the air that grew grayer and chillier as the ceremony ended. Taps played. A 12-plane flyover of French, British and American jets boomed above.
Deusianne provided Cairo speech transcript:
I reply:
Thanks for the transcript but I listened to his speech; I try to hear them all, he is, after all, our President.
Delusianne said "They all know perfectly well he is a Christian."
I reply:
I would be comforted if I knew that with assurance.
I'm not against Obama; he is the Captain of the boat we are all in. I wish I could advise him on a few things though. I don't think he's getting good counsel. Anyway, don't bother responding, I'm done here. Thanks for your opinions.
Resume the Obama adoration fest.
I don't see anyone who counters what you are saying or who clarifies that which you misunderstand as "Obama adoration." When you say you are not "against Obama", do you really think we believe you when you end your post with a sarcastic remark like that? And if so, why would we follow any line of the way you think about "our president" as you say. Only your side talks about Obama adoration or Kool-aid - all those ad infinitum meaningless remarks.
Even hearing aids cannot compensate for inarticulateness, and lack of a factual argument.
It was a little slow paced in explaining why he disliked him quoting the Qu'ran, wasn't he?
