Are you referring to Obama being elected????

One one hand the majority of Californians are against gay marriage and then the gays turned around and put it on a ballot to be voted on after it was turned down by the majority in the first place.

In other words, the gays felt the majority has no right to make that decision. But then turn around and use the idea that when the majority is on their side they go with the majority rules.

You cannot have it both ways. We allowed the majority to elect Obama and it was a huge mistake. So, Jefferson was right, those against Obama are getting suppressed and the laws won't protect them and according to your quote that is wrong. Hummm.

What in the world are you talking about? Gays never put it on the ballot. Prop. 8 was about REPEALING same-sex marriage, not legalizing it.

Nice of you to blame even Prop. 8 on gay people. Do you also blame them for fires and earthquakes?

I am a she and I have no need to respond to your twisted and clouded postings.

But I will tell you that it will take a huge dose to fix most peoples craving for the same sex. They could not make enough of the stuff to fix it. Some imbalances cannot be cured with meds!!

oh! Gee, I was unaware there was a medication to "fix" it! he didn't respond to me either after claiming that god didn't create gay people. I'm still waiting for someone to explain how same sex marriage will ruin their opposite sex marriage. Will the marriage certificate spontaneously disintegrate? Will the church where they were married get struck by lightning? I just don't get it.

huh? No, the quote clearly means that, even when the majority rules, they can't oppress the minority, in this case gays.

then answer the question yourself. You know there are no meds to "fix" it, so what would you do? Kick him out of the family?
