I made no comment concerning "evidence". I merely stated, "What is really "hilarious" is, resorting to an old and tired stupid debating trick . . . labeling truth and facts as a "conspiracy theory" while offering no rebuttal."

If you have a problem with what that poster wrote, then address and refute what the poster wrote rather than resort to an old and tired stupid debating trick.

If you have no evidence, you have no case, only allegations, hearsay, innuendo, and fabrication. Doubling down on a claim without evidence to support it and insisting everyone simply take your word for it elevates the situation to conspiracy status.

I can find a synonym if you'd like.

Well, since you indicate being the fountain of all knowledge, why did you fail to refute what the poster wrote?

Refute what?

A bunch of innuendoes and allegations with no evidence to support them?

So, how about refuting what you assert the poster stated?

Elected officials are like bus lines. They never start from where you find yourself, and the destination is never 100% what you'd prefer. So the adult approach is to make your choice by approximation.

Trump thinks he will win this case on appeal—he is trying every way he can to get the judge angry so that on appeal he can claim bias
But I think any judge who is not biased IN FAVOR of Trump would act the same way
And winning on appeal is not going to happen
Trump’s obvious fraud is so egregious that the evidence alone convicted him before any testimony was heard—
This portion is all about damages for the most part—how egregious was the fraud, how long did it last, — not did it happen

Trump’s is totally into showmanship but that is not doing him any good with the judge—
I guess he is willing to sacrifice his business thinking he will win the election and compensate…

Trump's total lack of control and self discipline in court is just another example of how unfit he is for the office of POTUS. Such an unbalanced person should be no where near the Oval office.

People who saw Trump as he really was didn’t vote for him in 2016 or 2020
The people who voted for him the first time MIGHT care now but the people who voted for him in 2020 are a lost cause—
They want what Trump is offering—that anger, that unbridled outrage—because that is what they feel
He is their alter ego, the Hulk to their Bruce Banner “normal” side

The people who are new voters, swing voters, disenchanted voters—those are the ones who hopefully will see the real Trump showing his true nature in this trial and in the others waiting to happen…
