Yes, they can. And people have been imprisoned for doing that.

Do you not know:
That Adam had no mother and no father, in the traditional sense of procreation?
That Adam was formed from dust, not from an egg and sperm or in a woman's uterus?
That Adam was probably somewhere in his 20's at the moment he was formed?
That Adam was walking, talking and eating right after being formed?

Why are you pretending that everyone comes into the world exactly like he had?

Nope. Life begins at conception.
If you believe all that, then you believe that Noah's Flood happened, right?

Exodus 21 - the fetus is the property of the father, and a monetary settlement is in order for killing it. It is not considered a person.

22 If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.

23 And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,

24 Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,

25 Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.

In Numbers 5, God orders an abortion:

Numbers 5

11 Then the LORD said to Moses, 12 “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘If a man’s wife goes astray and is unfaithful to him 13 so that another man has sexual relations with her, and this is hidden from her husband and her impurity is undetected (since there is no witness against her and she has not been caught in the act), 14 and if feelings of jealousy come over her husband and he suspects his wife and she is impure—or if he is jealous and suspects her even though she is not impure— 15 then he is to take his wife to the priest. He must also take an offering of a tenth of an ephah of barley flour on her behalf. He must not pour olive oil on it or put incense on it, because it is a grain offering for jealousy, a reminder-offering to draw attention to wrongdoing.

16 “‘The priest shall bring her and have her stand before the LORD. 17 Then he shall take some holy water in a clay jar and put some dust from the tabernacle floor into the water. 18 After the priest has had the woman stand before the LORD, he shall loosen her hair and place in her hands the reminder-offering, the grain offering for jealousy, while he himself holds the bitter water that brings a curse. 19 Then the priest shall put the woman under oath and say to her, “If no other man has had sexual relations with you and you have not gone astray and become impure while married to your husband, may this bitter water that brings a curse not harm you. 20 But if you have gone astray while married to your husband and you have made yourself impure by having sexual relations with a man other than your husband”— 21 here the priest is to put the woman under this curse—“may the LORD cause you to become a curse[d] among your people when he makes your womb miscarry and your abdomen swell. 22 May this water that brings a curse enter your body so that your abdomen swells or your womb miscarries.”

“‘Then the woman is to say, “Amen. So be it.”

Do I believe there was a great flood? Yep.

Science only knows what it has uncovered. There is still much to learn about this earth. But here is a very good article about science and the flood:

As opposed to Bork,Thomas, Kavanaugh,etc?

It is a bit of karma, or perhaps poetic justice, that the most powerful SC justice is now Clarence Thomas.

Then you must believe only Noah's family was left alive.

The only conclusion that can be drawn from that is that we are all the product of incest and inbreeding.

So I guess what happens now is people are going to start suing states for abortion rights in states imposing a ban. The highest courts' outcomes will then determine if the state can uphold that ban or not. If it goes to the SCOTUS, then I guess it will have to be remanded back to the states since the SCOTUS doesn't want to deal with it. You would think that these conservative courts would vote in favor of the ban, but some of the justices are elected, not appointed, depending on the state constitution. So unlike the SCOTUS, some of the justices could be replaced.

Should be interesting to see what happens.

This has previously been debunked in this thread.

The word "fetus" is not there.

If a person causes the death of the unborn child then that person is punished. You're not exactly helping your 'kill the unborn' cause here.
