In a stunning reversal, the House in a bipartisan vote passed a continuing resolution that would keep the government open until mid-November. The bill includes additional funding for domestic disaster aid but does not include additional funding for Ukraine, which has been a contentious issue among House Republicans.

I am guessing you're not American? I ask because we are talking about continue resolution. It's only for 45 days, eventually yearly budget will be passed and Ukraine will be given more funding.
