IT'S RATHER, THE MEANS BY WHICH SHE WILL ATTEMPT TO IMPOSE THOSE VIEWS ON THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AND THE COURTS. SO WHILE JANICE ROGERS BROWN IS SMART AND PASSIONATE AND ARTICULATE, JANICE ROGERS BROWN IS ALSO HANDS DOWN THE WORST NOMINEE PUT FORWARD BY PRESIDENT BUSH.
