Or the East Bay. Texas has a long way to go to understand innovation. SF is governed horribly, but the Bay Area still runs the world's economy. When Texas gives us 1/10th what Apple, Google, Facebook, Genentech, Salesforce, Gilead, Intel, Nvidia, etc have, then maybe that'll show some progress.
