The left is winning because a lot of the billionaire elites are communists and lefties tend to be more organized in local politics than righties, thus all the voter mobilization they always do in elections, boycotting of corporations, and all the other various ways they pressure people. The democrat party is just taking orders from their handlers.
I don't think most of them are, I think most of them have the money and the power, and now they want to be loved so they foolishly play with the crowd in whatever direction they are going.

The biggest exception is George Soros, he is a million percent part of the communist tradition and specifically a follower of the Hegelian Dialectic. With the money he made employing "financial alchemy", he's been funding every woke cause he can, specifically millions to the campaigns of local district attorneys who promise not to prosecute criminals. He's been successful in many cities doing this

Obviously, some of the older people never got over their fear of communism, since the Soviet Union fell in late 1991.

How is it fear? You think the ideology died with the Soviet Union?

You would do well to learn about Antonio Gramsci and the Frankfurt School and the long road through the institutions. Followers of the Hegelian Dialectic persist and the woke are self avowed neo-Marxists and frame the entire world as systems of power and have the stated goal of essentially dismantling Western Civilization

You think that people who actually care about black people want to defund the police where the crime then soars and misery reigns? They don't care about black people, they only care about power

The actions are not as prominent, nor, of course, are they deemed as "newsworthy" by the left-leaning "spin doctors" who seek to control our media, but articulate, educated conservatives have been working against the Looney Left since the early days of Buckley and Goldwater -- now half a century ago.

The Delegate to the 1968 Republican Convention for Pennsylvania's 26th District (State College), chosen in the primary election under state law, was a 26-year old graduate student (majoring in Physics -- not some form of Left-leaning indoctrination ending in "studies") named Douglas Cooper.

And when the usual collection of spoiled children led by flamboyant idiots threatened to shut Penn State down the following spring, it was three members of Young Americans for Freedom who quietly brought legal action to keep the University open.

Doug is still going strong at age 77; and his personal story also makes for some inspiring reading:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/douglas-cooper-2a644042

And Don Ernsberger, Doug's "understudy" at Penn State YAF in those days, went on to participate in the founding of the Libertarian Party and movement in Pennsylvania; he was also among the first to teach a recognized Philosophy course at the high school level.

So throw as many tantrums as you want, Snowflakes; some of us are still active where it counts.

America is doomed because there are too many stupid people, as exemplified by this thread and most of the other threads in this sub forum.

The Left has seen success for one reason, and one reason only. Tenacity. Other factors certainly helped, but their willingness to keep at the game - to live it, not just play it - is why an evolved version of a plan hatched over a century ago is nearing completion today.

They're goal oriented and organized. Their strategy is long term, and they're willing to put the effort in without a guaranteed result. They understand branding and marketing. They've taken over the media and communications, so they're able to control dissent.

They have no moral code to live by, so the barriers keeping honest people from cheating don't exist for this group. Think about how that changes the game. How do you beat an opponent who's willing to cheat and can get away with it?

Short of Democrats acknowledging that their party has been taken over and purging that ideology from every aspect of their existence (which we know won't happen), there's only one alternative to settling this division with violence. It's time for the people who care about the ideas and principles our country was founded on to stand up for them, in every conceivable way.

The Left is winning because they live the game. We have to start doing the same. We'll never undo the damage they've done, if we're not willing to work at least as hard as they did to create it.

Shift the vast majority if your political energy from national races/issues to governments closer to home. That's step one.

Get extremely familiar with your local, county and state governments. A lot of effort is spent on keeping us focused on national politics, but it's local politics which not only affects your life the most, but is also where national candidates start out. Riots were able to continue unabated all last year because local elected officials permitted it to happen. This fight is local.

Run for office, if you can. Ignore "want." If you can do something to bring principled governance back to your area, or to improve what's there already, do it. Our republican form of government is "of the People." That's you. Get involved.

If you can't run for office, get involved in other ways. From PTA meetings to city council meetings to debates between candidates for dog catcher, get involved. Get to know the elected and appointed positions in your governments, who's currently filling them and who wants the job. Obviously, don't trust what they say, and research their background. If you see anything questionable, challenge them about it. If you catch a bunch of flack, it means you're over the target - push harder.

If our country can be saved, we have very, very little time left. Debating online is a great way to spend a lot of time doing nothing about it. Get to work.

The first step for the Right is to acknowledge they have problems and then fix them.

Claim of "cheating" is just a fantasy that allows the right-wingers to ignore reality, so they don't have to spend energy fixing the problem.

honest question:

How can it be fantasy to doubt 2020 if after 2016 you spent 4 years on Russian Hacking conspiracy theories and did not for one second accept Trump as legitimate president?

Let's look at this question using the Indy 500 as an analogy. Who is the driver of the car? Well that would be the .00001% who already control everything on this planet. Are we at a point in time now where there is so much change going on that the elite see an opportunity to grab even more power than they already have? Many who study this topic say yes.

What is the end goal for the Indy 500 driver? To win the race. Same thing applies to the elite. They want to ensure that they control everything and everybody on a level that has never been seen before...ever.

What specifically is the elite working to accomplish (using baby steps I may add)? They want one country, one government, one military, one global system, one health care plan, no guns to limit pushback etc. Everything is run by them. It's also known as an oligarchy.

Back to the driver at the Indy 500. His mechanics have two cars all tuned up and ready to go for the race. Which one should he pick? The two cars are metaphors for the Democratic and Republican Party.

One party is already "utopian based" from the get go. They also have warmed up to no guns, no borders, equality, communism and big government already. The other party prefers a smaller government, tight border control, rugged individualism, patriotism (America first), loves guns etc.

At this point in history, which car do you think the Indy 500 driver will choose? The answer if fairly obvious.

So it's not that the Democrats are better organized, more efficient, more diligent, they are excelling because they are the car of choice. The elite will use the path of least resistance that is clearly the Democratic Party. All money from corporate, big pharma, banking, high tech now flow thru the easier to manage Democratic Party. It's not rocket science.

Now the fact that the elite hide and conceal their end game motives and will turn on the Democratic Party faster than you can whistle Dixie one they get all their ducks aligned is to be discussed on a different day.

Turn on the Democratic Party? What do you mean Pete? The elite will do a splendid job of portraying this communist utopia in which everybody is equal, everybody lives in perfect harmony in this better world and THEN the carpet is pulled out from under their feet and they yell "Welcome to the Oligarchy." Deception at it's finest is finally on display as the power grab is there for all to see.

What's the moral of the story? Question everything!

The problem with conservatives is they're so afraid of change. Demographics change. Morals change. Beliefs change. Life expectations and goals change. Everything changes. All of human history proves this out. Adapt or die. This country is no longer the nation of white christian nationalists. And there's absolutely not a damn thing wrong with that.
