What happens when someone gets infected in a workplace from someone who is not vaccinated and has a bad case or dies? The attorneys will be lining up file lawsuits.

Work-related employment requirement for safety of employees.
There's a poster here who says her husband's employer of 4000 people has mandated vaccines, and if they don't like it they can quit their job.
I would quit.
My employer has stated that they encourage each employer to talk to their doctor about the vaccine and weigh whether or not it is the best option for them. They are "encouraging" the vaccine, but not mandating it. They know that they will lose some valuable employers if they try to do that.
I would insist that every single person in management all the way up the CEO show me their own proof of vaccination if a company is making it mandatory.
There's a limit to that, however. You can't fire someone due to their race, gender or a medical condition.
Just a matter of time before it hits the courts. Like when an employer fires a person with a medical condition that was their reason for not getting vaccinated. Or when an employee is permanently disabled or dies because their employer forced them to be vaccinated by a vaccine that was not FDA approved.

What about the your coworkers? Don't they have the right to not to be exposed to people who are not vaccinated? Your "rights" do not superseded their rights.

When there is proof that I'm infecting folks, then we can talk.
Rights go both ways. Your "rights" don't supersede mine.

This is what I don't get. They are saying that it is their choice to wear a mask or not; get vaccinated or whatever but fall to realize their actions do have negative externalities towards coworkers or patrons they come in contact with. My rights shouldn't be infringed by your's.

With all due respect, the conversation is at a juvenile stage with both sides saying "I can't hear you". There are infringements on rights on both sides of the issue depending of how you would like to parse the conversation. Please stop with the one-sidedness.
