What would it take to prove it to you?
I doubt you would accept anything offered.
Folks are still re-adujusting to Trump's absence.
For 4 years all of us were in a constant barrage of Trump, Trump and more Trump.
24 hours a day, non-stop.
There was no way to ignore it nor shut it out, even when everyone was self-isolating. Anything we heard had some Trump in it about everything that was going on.
So, it's only natural it will take some time for us all to adjust to the normal silence that is part of a normal Presidency.
Biden simply isn't commanding ever second of our attention. Trump was like a baby; he never slept, he always cried, yelled or made noise. He couldn't be ignored, but we did all grow accustomed to it.
So when Joe began doing his job in the normal Presidential fashion, working quietly and letting us know what's happening when there is something important to say, you have misinterpreted his quiet for dislike.
Biden is well liked. Folks know who he is and how he is because he's been a public figure for a very long time. He doesn't surprise us much because he's normal. He doesn't live his life in a state of constant crisis and melodrama.
He doesn't feel the need to inject himself into every trivial little thing that happens, but he is liked well enough to have won the election after over 30 years of winning other seats in Congress. The folks back in his home like him, and when he goes out, folks like to see him. Just like every other President.
Polls, which are never evidence to you, I'm sure, reflect this. His popularity right now is 50%, slightly lower than average for a new President, but in the normal range of popularity. That seems to be steady.
Trump never hit 50% except once, briefly. His normal was 42% throughout his 4 years.
So, though it's unacceptable to you, polls are evidence that Biden is popular. Not as popular as Obama was after 100 days, but as popular as Bush, who also polled at 50% at this point.
Come back after this first year has passed and ask your question again. And let us know what kind of evidence you will accept as the truth when you do.
You could be right then, or wrong; Biden has chosen a risky path to take, but only time will tell if it is popular or not, or if he is popular or not.
