Bald face hypocrisy. Just admit it. They did it the way they did it in both instances because they could get away with it. And if the Dems would have "done exactly the same in those circumstances" and made the same lame reasoning for it...they'd be just as hypocritical.
Not, not because Trump is up for reelection. Because the GOP has control of the Senate. God, I wish they had gone through the process for Garland and then voted no. Maybe it would stop this ridiculous hissy fit you people have been throwing for 4 years.

ACB is only being supported by 1 party.
Republicans are hypocrites.
As I recall, there was no GOP support or even input on the ACA.

No that’s what you’re doing by not allowing the people’s choice to replace RBG, as McConnell previously championed (even way further out), and as has been tradition this close to an election.
The people elected the president, the people elected the Senate.

The entire far left agenda is to steal from the people.... which is why you are hoping to destroy SCOTUS in order to allow that to happen.

I've heard that spin, but he didn't have enough support in the Senate to justify moving forward.... and it's funny that only one party tells me what a great pick he was...

You recollection is quite wrong. Democrats spent a lot of time negotiating with the GOP on the ACA and accepting lots of their suggested changes to the bill

Nope, that's a lie, it's way too recent for that kind of revisionism.

It’s 100% the truth.

Dems were pissed in fact that no Rs voted for the final bill even after many of their suggestions were accepted.

No Republican was allowed to offer any suggestions, there was a token involved early but they quit once they realized they were only there to pretend it was a bipartisan effort.

In reality, it was entirely between the left and the far left. The left got them to walk things back a bit... perhaps that's what you think were "Republican suggestions"
