Obama could replace that deadwood that sits on the Supreme Court, Clarence Thomas!

Quote:
Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden says he is open to nominating former President Barack Obama to the U.S. Supreme Court if he wins the 2020 election.

Biden — the current frontrunner for the Democratic nomination in the 2020 election — served as vice president for all eight years of Obama’s time in the White House. If Obama does one day join the Supreme Court, he would be only the second former president to do so. Former President William Howard Taft served as the 10th chief justice of the Supreme Court, according to CNN.

Obama as a Justice works, especially with that partisan rapist Kavanaugh on the high court.

Joe is desperate to get O to endorse him...he doesn't realize even if he does, Trump will still be President in 2021

Biden won't ever get the chance to nominate anyone. He likely won't ever be a nominee himself. (Well, at least not for any political office)

One would think Bill would be condemned by the media for riding on Epsteins private plane to visit his island for vacation 26 times.

No, he wouldn't. If anything, his presidential record could be seen as lacking much understanding of our Constitution.

I doubt it. Not only is he weak in historical practice (never was a judge, really weak in actual law practice), he would surely just be a partisan tool, and not a contitutionalist (which is what the SC job description consists of).
