Obama could replace that deadwood that sits on the Supreme Court, Clarence Thomas!

Obama would have to be better at this than being president.
I doubt it. Not only is he weak in historical practice (never was a judge, really weak in actual law practice), he would surely just be a partisan tool, and not a contitutionalist (which is what the SC job description consists of).
