AZ, ME, IA looks like good bets for Dems. CO probably. MT possibly. NC and SC maybe but I am less confident.
KY... no chance. Wrong candidate, who either needs to go back to running for a state legislative seat for 6 -10 plus years or just go away.
Ossoff also seemed like the wrong candidate in GA to me but I know less about that one.
Perdue should crush Ossoff, but he is being massively outspent. They are continually running the ad on the stock buying, in which Perdue and Feinstein and Loeffler were cleared of any wrongdoing. It sounds bad if you don't know the facts. The 4th Senator, Burr of NC is under FBI investigation.
North Carolina, Colorado, and Arizona will go to Dems. I think Maine favors the Dem also.
I think Iowa, Georgia and Montana will go to Rs (but the Georgia special could be close), the R will likely win though because Dem turnout in runoffs is not good.
Alabama is a clear flip for Rs.
All told, if Biden wins I think the chances favor Dems getting at least 50 seats, which would give them control.
I can see this happening. I think NC will trend more R though. Georgia is for sure Dem now. Abrams slightly lost the election, and the state has moved more Dem from then.
Recent polling seems to be suggesting better prospects for Democrats to win control of Senate than a month ago. I am cautiously optimistic.
