Rape case? Is this a criminal case? Surely she filed a police report and the prosecuter is requesting DNA. If not, why wouldn't she go to the authorities.

It'd be curious if it's consensual DNA when Trump claims he has never met the victim.

If Trump had said: "Yeah, I remember her. We hooked up. It was consensual." That's one thing.

But he vehemently denied even meeting her, despite photos showing them together.

Im pretty sure that wasnt 25 years after the incident occurred.

I am 100 percent against sexual harassment and rape, and feel it should totally be taken to court...but not 25 years later. There is just something sick about someone who does this. Why is there not a statute of limitations about this?

Consensual DNA?
You know it's just skin cells and not semen on her dress .. not a drop of semen anywhere on her dress. How do skin cells on her sleeve, and only on her sleeve, show rape or even consensual sex? He could have left skin cell DNA on her sleeve just by accidentally bumping into her arm as he walked past her.

Lol at this story.
This is the woman who says she was raped, never reported it, then hung the unwashed clothing from during the rape on her door for years and years.

Rape is a seriously allegation. You need to file formal criminal charges to the property authority and obtain a warrant to get suspect's DNA sample.

You can't just ask your own personal lawyer to send a certified letter to the accuser to ask for DNA sample. Doesn't work like that.
