We have followed the British royalty usage for ourselves. We speak in the majestic plural. We think calling a person of ambiguous gender as an " It" is vulgar and unkind, so we use the term " That One". We believe Senator McCain used it for that reason during his mock campaign.

I'll call people by whatever they prefer, I don't care really. I may think it's a bit silly, but in order to avoid friction and hurt feelings I'll call ya whatever you want to be called.
I'm a visual person. Someone who looks like a 'he' I will call a him. If he wants me to call him a 'her', he can go kill himself before I do that. Most trans people I saw in this country clearly looked their original sex. It's almost sick to watch.

Exactly. If you look like a man, Im calling you he/him. I am way too old to pretend that a man is a woman just because he got some implants. That non-sense needs to stop.
Have you all noticed that everybody, especially academics, are now specifying what their "pronouns" are - even normal heterosexual non-transgender people.
