Are you trying to say that since Reagan died, suddenly the dems became trustworthy?
Nah...they just don't like history because they are guilty through all of it...just move on...until they get back in power then all things will still be blamed on the last Republican.
Look at DACA... Even Obama admitted it was something he could not do but did that stop him ? Hell no ! Give him a Pen and he'd sign any EO for anything.
And he was the "Great" Constitutional scholar. Obama pushed the limits of power much farther than Trump has even dreamed. Even SCOTUS over ruled Obama many multiple times.
Trump is on pace to sign more executive orders than any president in the last 50 years
On Thursday, President Donald Trump signed an executive order aimed at allowing people to band together to seek more affordable health insurance, a move some consider an attempt to cripple the Affordable Care Act.
It was the 49th executive order that Trump has signed since coming into office on January 20. The last president to sign that many executive orders through October 13 of his first year in office? Lyndon Johnson. https://www.cnn.com/2017/10/13/polit...ers/index.html
Has anyone considered those who are now retired and getting thier disability, S.S checks? You know the ones who use it to feed themselves and pay bills, etc.

I do hope Pelosi compromises if she cares about them.
The endless investigation has nothing to do with the shutdown, not sure why it’s even being talked about on this page. The democrats have a personal hatred of Trump and will oppose the wall (a big reason for his election) at all costs even if it is good policy for the country. There are many reasons to beef up security on the southern border while not so many reasons not to. Trump isn’t one to backdown from a fight and takes his campaign promises seriously, hence the stalemate.
I don’t see an end anytime soon, barring someone in congress finding a genius compromise to break the gridlock. Right now there is only one side that will not negotiate
Then he needs to get on Mexico for the money for the wall. Time is wasting and people need their paychecks.
House investigations are toothless as you saw with the Republicans “flying subpoenas” at the FBI that were simply ignored. It’s just for show apparently. Trump is fighting for one of the issues that arguably got him to the White House, border security and immigration consistently rank as a top issue with the voter. In this case Trump is absolutely right on policy (Democrats voted for the border barrier before Trump) a strong barrier is needed in many areas of the border so I think he is fine to keep fighting for it.
Except the majority didn't vote for him and are not interested in the wall. He still has his base but is now losing some of them. He is going to need to do more feel-good rallies.
Of course, yet here you are hammering trump, like it's only his fault....
Isn't Trump the one saying it is a NATIONAL EMERGENCY, or did you forget?
