Or are you saying he was not impeached? You can add he was not "fully impeached" if you'd like, but in the end, he was STILL impeached....period, end of story....

I heard that there are witnesses who claimed that you get violent and beat your spouse when you drink. There's no proof of it whatsoever, no evidence, no corroboration and a few hundred people have denied that anything like that actually took place but who knows?
