This is horrifying to me. I see that we have entered a female modesty period right now which I suspect is influenced by Muslims, although some Christians could be part of it as well. I totally oppose female modesty...women should be free to look as sexy as they please at all times and all locations.

I guess you never heard of a dress code. Men and women have to abide by it at all times.
There's signs outside of countless private businesses that reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or has a "no shirt/shoes no service" policy and similar signs.
I'd love to show up at a fancy restaurant or club with nothing but a muscle t-shirt and shorts on, looking as "sexy as I please", but it's not going to happen. Any business can implement any dress code policy they please.

That's understandable because no shoes is unsanitary. Wearing sexy clothes has nothing to do with health and the opposition against it is purely cultural.

I noticed you conveniently ignored the "no shirt" part of his argument.

Your beef should be with the Constitution then, that allows businesses to refuse service to anyone on the basis of inappropriate clothing in violation of their dress code.
Businesses don't want people strolling in with see through pants and thong or g-string bikinis, imagine that.
things must be more conservative down there because those aren't even showing any underbutt that seems to be all the rage now. (That would have definitely gotten you sent home from high school 20 years ago.)
