The OP has used the word "OR" inn between 3 "scenarios".
That's called a conspiracy theory, not a smoking gun!

Hillary didn't bother with those states. She was too busy hiding her sickness.

Your smoking gun has blanks.

Using Maggie Haberman from New York Times as a source for a smoking gun is sure to fire blanks.

There are three possible scenarios:

1. The Russians stole the data and sat on it. (Which makes one wonder why they stole it in the first place). And miraculously the Trump campaign had an epiphany and completely changed their strategy. A strategy that would align with the analysis of the stolen data but their epiphany is completely independent of it.

Or

2. The Russians stole the data and anonymously dropped it off at the front step of Trump's campaign. The Trump campaign, without questioning where the data was from, bought into it 100% and started to change their strategy.

Or

3. The Russians stole the data and shared with the Trump campaign. In other words, collusion!

Which one do you think it is?

.

"Here it is," ANOTHER B.S story from MSNBC.

Funny her "sickness" NEVER stopped her from going to Hollywood to pick up money!

Rachelle Madcow is a joke.

Why would the Russians want Donald Trump to win? Hillary and Obama "Reset" relations. It was Obama who said, "This is my last election. I'll have more flexibility after my election."

It seems much more logical that they would have preferred that Hillary became the next president, to continue this cozy relationship.

You should really start paying attention. Putin has outright admitted they preferred Trump over Hillary.

I doubt Fox News has shown you that.

DNC Emails were stolen; voter information was stolen. Did the Trump camp have access to them and use them?

Appears very likely.
Appears to use them? I guess he did. We saw it right in front of our eyes at every rally.

Not only did they steal campaign strategy info and voter analytic data then immediately change their campaign focus, but boatloads of stolen emails were released.

At every rally, Trump carried like these stolen emails were the Pentagon Papers.

There was nothing in these emails beyond the usual communicating to staff and coordinating one thing and another.

Oh, there was some RWNJ theories about a Satanic cult and a pedophile ring run out the basement of a pizza parlor, but these were nothing more than paranoid projections. No crimes or scandals were ever revealed. Certainly no criminal charges have been filed.

Trump used these Russian-stolen emails to smear Clinton with innuendo and suspicion at every turn.

Of “changing his strategy” means “actually campaigning on the battle ground states and not calling voters deplorable” than sure
