Sadly accurate post.

So, you're in the military? Yeah, everybody checks with you before they make a move.

Bulldozing people`s homes to build settlements is not the way to try to get along.

We've been saying since the 60's, but no one is listening.

Obama didn't enforce his "Red Line" because David Cameron wasn't there to give him political cover. The Brits, rightfully so, decided not to get involved in yet another American war in the middle east and they yanked Cameron's chain. Without the political cover of a "coalition" then Obama simply wasn't willing to go it alone.

for decades israel gave up land to appease the arabs. then war would come and israel took back that land as spoils of war, they earned with their blood. then israel would again give it back to try and make peace again. and the arabs would war on israel again. it became a vicious cycle. at this point i would note that israel have peace treaties with egypt and jordan, and i would also note that since those treaties were put in place, there has been no war between those countries.

kind of tells you that israel would like to just be left alone. but the palastinians wont stop pulling on the tail of the tiger will they? israel leaves them alone and the palastinians fire rockets haphazardly into israel. so israel then uses a measured response, to which the palastinians then go to the world press and say "see what israel has done. please mommy make them stop!!" well it has gotten to the point where the world is starting to notice that israel is RESPONDING to aggressive actions, not starting them. perhaps one day you too will notice that.
