Don't worry about it. Over the past few weeks this has been the new tack of the regressives. Despite the absurdity of it, just turn it around and say that anyone who is concerned about racism is a racist themselves or they wouldn't even be thinking about it.

Cuevas says police ordered Kinsey and the patient, who was sitting in the street playing with a toy truck, to lie on the ground. Kinsey lies down and puts his hands up while trying to get his patient to comply. An officer then fired three times, striking Kinsey in the leg, Cuevas said. No weapon was found.

Another carless cop.....?

Doesn't look like there's any excuse for this shooting. We might have a case where 'Hands Up, Don't Shoot' is a valid chant and t-shirt slogan.

Yes, I have noticed that trend. I wasn't really expecting a response from him, actually.

The absolute most telling thing about the incident is they shoot the black guy laying on the ground with his hands in the air talking to them, not the white guy holding a toy truck.

Thank goodness there was video. Who knows what story the police would have made up without the video.

The Police Union is now saying that the cop was actually trying to shoot the man with autism holding a toy truck.

And they're saying it like ableism is better than racism.

And like it's not still despicable or a lie.

And then they arrested the guy they weren't trying to shoot...

This just keeps getting more absurd.

If, indeed it can be proven that this cop shot a guy who was on the ground with his hands up then the cop should be facing an attempted murder charge. No ifs, no buts, no maybes.
