Don't worry about it. Over the past few weeks this has been the new tack of the regressives. Despite the absurdity of it, just turn it around and say that anyone who is concerned about racism is a racist themselves or they wouldn't even be thinking about it.

If, indeed it can be proven that this cop shot a guy who was on the ground with his hands up then the cop should be facing an attempted murder charge. No ifs, no buts, no maybes.
