If I were CMP I would say to PP "go for it!". PP may convince the nation that what they were doing wasn't illegal but it will more effectively expose them for the psychopaths that they are.
Actually a good question as to why no criminal charges, seems like there is plenty there indict.

I'm betting that CMP doesn't want to "go for it", pretty shady organization and they will most certainly lose in court at least on the charge of secretly video taping, going to be fun to watch them squirm.

Also CMP is a 501(c)3 and avoid federal taxes that will be history, they should go after them for back taxes. Center for Medical Progress LOL

"The lawsuit is against known anti-abortion extremists, including Daleiden, Troy Newman, Albin Rhomberg, and Sandra Merritt, as well as the front organizations they created to commit their crimes: CMP and BioMax.

"The lawsuit charges that CMP, its leaders, and other co-conspirators:
– Violated the Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act;
– Violated the federal eavesdropping statute;
– Engaged in wire fraud, mail fraud, invasion of privacy, illegal secret recording, and trespassing; and
– Used a complex criminal enterprise to defraud Planned Parenthood and prevent it from providing health care.
The lawsuit asks for restitution of compensatory and punitive damages and triple damages for violation of the RICO Act, as well as attorney’s fees."

A "front organization they created to commit their crimes" and you aren`t referencing Margaret Sanger?

The lawsuit will allow PP to have all the video that was made.

Then PP can show how the video shown was put together.

imo! for one to believe the video shown was true, one would also have to believe everybody at PP just fell off a turnip truck.

So now exposing crime and human mutilation buys you a civil suit? Another example of everything wrong with the country.

There is nothing to hide, he just did not want to give up his sources. Reporters do this all the time.

Thereby increasing public exposure to the problem -- exaggerated or not -- that Planned Parenthood clinics are disgusting cesspools where unspeakably terrible things are allowed to happen.

I'm kinda surprised they want to draw even more attention to their questionable activities.

Planned Parenthood is preparing for the day when the new Republican president, backed by a Republican congress, defunds them. Gotta make up that moolah somehow.
